Ndikum Innocent Cho as am being called, aka Ndikum IC, is a born motivator whose mission is to develop and promote ideas in business, talents as well as individuals. I specialise in transforming talents and ideas into concrete actions. The goal is to encourage creativity at all levels through my live trains, which have proven to be the backbone of great organisations and societies.
